Your journey with Working Links will be tailored to your needs and circumstances. But there are some key milestones that we will take you through so that you know what to expect when you join one of our programmes. There are plenty of case studies for you to view too, of people with different ambitions and backgrounds that we have helped.
Who we can help
Working Links works with people from all backgrounds with different needs and expectations. We work across Britain to help people with their employability needs and rehabilitating people back into the community.
How we have helped
At Working Links, our overall aim is to help you on your path to a brighter future. We’ll get to know you to really understand your needs – giving you access to a team of specialist people with the right information, advice and guidance to help you through your journey.
Getting to know you
When you come to Working Links, we’ll contact you to arrange an appointment for you to come to a Welcome Session. We’ll invite you to join us at an office near you, either in a group or one to one. We’ll give you an overview of what you can expect from the programme and the support available to you.
We’ll work with you to understand your needs, circumstances, goals and aspirations to help us map out your journey and give you the right support.
Beginning your journey
You’re now ready to start your journey with Working Links. You’ll get your own consultant or case manager who will work with you. We will create you your own action plan to help you reach your destination and achieve your goals. We will agree and set targets to help keep you on track, giving you milestones along the way to aim for, and we’ll offer you a helping hand throughout your journey.
We will be with you every step of the way, helping you to overcome any barriers, giving you the tools and techniques you need. We work with lots of other specialist organisations too, so you can be sure that, whatever your needs, we’ll make sure you get the best support for your circumstances.
We will continue to support you through your journey to give you information and advice whenever you need it, or just be there to listen.
