Proud to support Living Wage Week

Working Links is proud to be supporting Living Wage Week – 31 October – 5 November 2016.

In April 2016, Working Links became a Living Wage accredited employer – paying at least £8.25 an hour, or £9.40 an hour in London.

The Living Wage is a voluntary hourly rate set independently and updated annually, calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. The rate for the next 12 months will be announced by the Living Wage Foundation during Living Wage Week.

As a Living Wage employer, Working Links will be using Living Wage Week to show its support for the initiative.

If you use social media, such as LinkedIn or Twitter, keep an eye out for our posts which include the hashtag #LivingWageWeek.  And if you want to get involved, why not help spread the word and raise awareness by sharing  posts with your network.

If you would like to learn more about the initiative there’s information on the Living Wage Foundation’s dedicated Living Wage Week page.
