Flexible, ambitious people

help us achieve our vision

Our success in the justice sector is built on over 16 years’ experience of supporting people overcoming challenges. Working with a diverse range of providers enables us to bring the most innovative and effective interventions to support people with convictions.

Since 2000 we have provided high-quality rehabilitation and offender management services on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, Ministry of Justice, the National Offender Management Service, European Social Fund and Skills Funding Agency.

We’re adept at delivering services in prison as well as out in the community, combining effective case management with robust risk management procedures to provide value for money for our funders.

What we currently offer:

Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs): We operate three CRCs under the government's Transforming Rehabilitation programme:

CRCs work with partner agencies to reduce reoffending, protect the public and transform communities. Working in custody and the community, our services are designed to help people with convictions move away from lives of crime and into law-abiding lives.
