There are many benefits to having a job, but we know that getting back into work after a long absence or finding a job for the first time can be hard.

Since 2000, we’ve supported hundreds of thousands of people on their journey, helping them to earn a living and feel better about their prospects. We recognise that everyone’s life is different and you might be further away from the job market than others. That’s why we tailor our approach so our service is individual to you.

We offer support with every aspect of finding work, from overcoming confidence challenges to improving interview techniques ahead of the big day and everything in between. We help with CVs, job searches, application forms, training and even offer in-work support to help you through your first few weeks and months in your new job.

Also, if you’ve got a good business idea, we can give you the advice and help you need to set up your own business.

Work Able

If you live in the Highlands, Islands, Clyde Coast or Grampian regions of Scotland, in partnership with The Lennox Partnership we are delivering the Work Able Scotland programme which aims to help individuals out of work to find suitable and sustainable employment - we’ll work with you to identify your strengths, skills and abilities, and to overcome any challenges you may have to finding and staying in work.
