It's time to be online!

Improve your knowledge in your spare time

Along with having the right attitude, employers tell us they want their employees to be able to do the basics well. Good English, maths and IT skills are needed for most workplaces and we can help you gain them.

Our easy to use online tools will improve your computer skills, develop your maths and English and get you ahead in the search for a job.

Wherever you are on your journey, our assessment tools will help us to identify your strengths and weaknesses. We will then provide you with a step-by-step learning resource to enhance your skills in those subject areas – right from Entry Level 1 through to Level 3 (equivalent to A Levels).

Going further, we can help you gain specific vocational skills relating to specific sectors. We have a number of accredited vocational open online courses (VOOCs) available to you.

Some of the courses on offer include:

  • Food hygiene
  • First aid
  • Health and safety
  • Manual handling
  • Construction
  • Retail

What’s more, you can access these tools anywhere and at any time so you can learn at your own pace at a time to suit you.
