A rewarding career that makes a genuine social difference
We’re an innovative company with a great track record. We empower and encourage our people to think differently, whilst giving them the opportunity to make a real social difference. Our services are built around the individuals that need our help. We have high-standards and expect a lot of commitment, dedication and hard work – but the results are most definitely worthwhile. Opportunities to develop
We work across lots of different areas and respond to society’s changing needs – so there’s always something different to get involved with. We have a pioneering spirit and no two days are the same – and that’s the way we like it. Learning, development and career progression are important to us and many of our roles have tailored learning paths aligned to them so our people get the support they need to do their job, as well as the help to move forwards in their career. Read a short interview with our Head of Learning and Development to find out more.

A great package
We offer a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package. But we believe it’s much more than this that gives our people job satisfaction. You will work in a goal focused environment, but one where the outputs will make a big difference in the real world. And you will get great satisfaction from knowing that you have directly helped other people to turn their lives around.

A great place to work
We employ a bunch of talented and friendly people in relaxed and friendly environments. Our people are what makes special – everyone we employ wants to make a social difference, living and breathing the same values to create a pretty impressive way of working.

Corporate / support service roles
Although our primary focus is on the people that need our help – we have a great team of professionals working in corporate and support service roles which provide our teams on the frontline with all of the tools and resources they need to be able to achieve what they do. From Finance to HR, IT to Procurement, Business Development to Marketing and Risk Assurance to Employer Services, all of these functions are crucial to our future success.

Employability
We believe work is the best route out of poverty and we run a number of programmes to help people move away from welfare dependency. It’s not just about helping people get a job though – it’s about supporting them to find a job that is right for them and suited to their skills to help them stay and progress in work. Some of the programmes we currently operate across England, Scotland and Wales include Work Choice, Work Programme and Links to Work.

Justice
We are working to reduce reoffending under the government's Transforming Rehabilitation programme through the work of the three Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs) we own:
  • Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire (BGSW) CRC
  • Dorset, Devon and Cornwall (DDC) CRC
  • Wales CRC
Our CRCs protect the public and are helping to transform communities by supporting people to move away from a life of crime. Find out more about our CRCs, the work they do, and if this part of our business is where you would like to work, through their dedicated websites:
